The purpose of the present invention is to provide a chain having a simple structure capable of reducing friction loss as contact surface pressure responding to a purpose of use, simultaneously preventing a chain guide member form being worn or damaged, and restraining order-related noise. The present invention relates to the chain (100) formed by alternately and bendably coupling an inner link (101) and an outer link (102) in the longitudinal direction of the chain.
