PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-like sealing material which is excellent in a water vapor barrier property and adhesiveness, and to provide a sealing sheet and an electronic device.SOLUTION: A film-like sealing material 1 includes: first and second adhesive resin layers 11A, 11B presenting adhesiveness to an adherend; and a water vapor barrier resin layer 12 positioned between the first adhesive resin layer 11A and the second adhesive resin layer 11B.
