FIELD: radio engineering and communications.SUBSTANCE: method presupposes the following: an object of policy and tariffication application (PCEF) receives a flow priority identifier (FPI) from a downlink data packet; FPI is used to indicate the priority of the flow belonging to the downlink data packet; PCEF transfers FPI in the downlink data packet; PCEF sends the downlink data packet to the base station which sends the downlink data packet to user equipment (UE) in accordance with FPI.EFFECT: technical result is a possibility to perform differentiated treatment of data flows, to ensure a differentiated impression of the service for different levels of users and various types of services and to effectively improve utilisation of radio resources.8 cl, 12 dwg, 7 tbl
