The transmission adapter (60) has a clutch (61) for detachable mechanical coupling with a section of a handling device (20) of a medical instrument. Another clutch (68) is provided for detachable mechanical coupling with a proximal end (51) of a transmission element of the medical instrument. The latter clutch comprises a movable gripping bracket for form-fit or force-fit holding of the proximal end of the transmission element. The movable gripping bracket is pivotal around a pivot axis. |
