PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold rolling facility and a cold rolling method which are capable of stably rolling a notch.SOLUTION: A continuous type cold rolling facility performs rolling of a target rolling material having a notch formed at a welding part to which a preceding cold rolling and a succeeding cold rolling steel strip are connected. This facility includes a control device for increasing a gap between the work rolls of a rolling machine according to the shape of the notch. |
