Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion film for solar cell having a composition of CuIn_(1-x)Ga_xSe_2 (hereinafter ″CIGS″), which can simplify a manufacturing process thereof, can reduce manufacturing costs thereof, and can form a close-grained CIGS film having desirable solar cell characteristics. First, the method comprises the steps of: forming a thick CIGS film using a thick film process by aerosolizing a CIGS powder and spraying the aerosolized CIGS powder onto a substrate; and densifying the thick CIGS film by pressing the thick CIGS film to generate plastic deformation and growing particles within the thick CIGS film. The manufacturing method may further comprise the step of heating the densified thick CIGS film. |
