PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel apparatus capable of suitably manufacturing an organic substance.SOLUTION: A pipe 13 has a first pipe 13a and a second pipe 13b. The first pipe 13 connects a synthetic gas purification part 12 and an organic substance synthesis part 18. The second pipe 13b connects the first area 13a1 of the first pipe 13 and the second area 13a2 on a downstream side of the first area 13a1. A manufacturing apparatus 1 comprises a first flow rate regulating valve 15 and a second flow rate regulating valve 16. The first flow rate regulating valve 15 is arranged between the first area 13a1 and the second area 13a2 of the first pipe 13a. The second flow rate regulating valve 16 is arranged for the second pipe 13b. Ventilation resistance of gas in the second pipe 13b and ventilation resistance of gas in an area positioned between the first area 13a1 and the second area 13a2 of the first pipe 13a are different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
