PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a plurality of computation nodes for executing a parallel job.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes a plurality of information processing apparatuses, and a management apparatus for managing the information processing apparatuses. The management apparatus includes: a data storage section which stores information on processing to be executed by each of the information processing apparatuses and information on processing execution period; a specifying section which specifies a first time at which a predetermined number of information processing apparatuses for executing parallel processing can be secured, by use of the information stored in the data storage section; and an allocation section which specifies one or more first information processing apparatuses having a first period which is before the first time and in which the processing is not executed, by use of the information stored in the data storage section, and allocates the first period of the one or more first information processing apparatuses to first processing to be executed before parallel processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
