A restructured bamboo or wood automatic production system provided with a feeder (1); a discharge end of the feeder is connected to a PLC controllable fast block press (2); a discharge end of the PLC controllable fast block press (2) is connected to an automatic molding transfer machine (3), and a discharge end of the automatic demolding transfer machine (3) is connected to an automatic lifting transfer machine (4); the top of the automatic lifting transfer machine (4) is connected to a head end of a PLC controllable automatic continuous curing conveying line (5), and the rear end of the conveying line (5) is connected to a car type automatic transfer machine unit (6); the car type automatic transfer machine unit (6) is connected to a cooling transfer machine unit (7), and the cooling transfer machine unit (7) is connected to an automatic die splitting machine (8); the automatic die splitting machine (8) is connected to an automatic conveying line (9), the end of the automatic conveying line (9) is connected to an automatic demolding machine unit (10), and the automatic demolding machine unit (10) is connected to a finished product stacker (11). The production system solves the problems of current devices having a low automation degree, high labor intensity, low production efficiency, and uneasy control on product quality. |
