A multifilament-twisted toothbrush (10) bristle (11), the bristle (11) being an integral unit composed of at least two monofilaments (11a, 11b) twisted together. Since the multifilaments are twisted to form the integral bristle (11), a friction of the surface of the bristle (11) increases, enabling the bristle (11) to have an improved cleaning effect and enhanced toughness compared with an ordinary bristle, thus achieving better oral cleaning effect. |
