<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loft (1) which can be installed in an arbitrary place in an apartment house after the skeleton part of the loft is constructed, and (2) which can significantly reduce impact noise and vibration transmitted to downstairs due to walking, jumping, etc. on the loft and walking,jump running,etc. on a staircase, and to provide a sound insulation vibration proof construction method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A loft installed between a floor slab 1 and a ceiling slab 2 and having sound insulation properties and vibration proofness includes a loft skeleton 10 which has a loft floor 12 at an intermediate location between the floor slab and the ceiling slab and a loft staircase 24 for climbing up to the loft floor. The loft skeleton 10 is installed independently of the floor slab 1, the ceiling slab 2, and a circumferential fixture wall 4 connecting between them. The loft skeleton 10 has: a plurality of lower vibration proof materials 30 interposed between the loft skeleton 10 and the floor slab 1 and making a primary natural vibration frequency of the loft skeleton lower than that of the floor slab; and a plurality of vibration proof anchors 32 relaxing vibration from the loft skeleton to the floor slab and preventing the loft skeleton from horizontally moving. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
