PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery in which a predetermined shape of a battery case can be maintained by suppressing internal pressure rise thereof, and a coat of a mode preferable for the surface of a negative electrode active material is included.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery 10 includes a positive electrode 64 having a positive electrode active material, a negative electrode 84 having a negative electrode active material, a separator 90 interposed between the positive electrode and negative electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolyte. A coat containing at least one of phosphorus and boron is formed on the surface of the negative electrode active material, and a copper chloride (I)-pyridine complex is carried, as gas adsorbent, on the separator. |
