PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an intervention of brake assist control at a proper timing also when an abnormality occurs in an assistor.SOLUTION: A vehicular brake fluid pressure control device includes: a pressure sensor 92 for detecting master cylinder pressure; determination means 141 for determining whether or not brake assist control for raising brake fluid pressure is needed when brake force larger than a normal time is needed on the basis of the master cylinder pressure detected by the pressure sensor 92; assist execution means 142 for raising the brake fluid pressure when the necessity of the brake assist control is determined; and abnormality detection means 130 for detecting an abnormality of an assistor for assisting a brake operation. When the abnormality detection means 130 detects the abnormality of the assistor, the determination means 141 sets an intervention threshold for determining that the brake assist control is necessary to a value offset to make the brake assist control easily intervene.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
