PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of backlash and noise by forming a non-contact portion on a part of a cover when the cover is deposited on a partner member.SOLUTION: There are provided a cover structure and a method for depositing the same in which a cover (8) formed of a resin is deposited on a projection (7a) of a partner member (7) formed of a resin through a ring-shaped stator (1) by ultrasonic heating. A non-contact portion (30) that does not contact with an end surface (1A) of the ring-shaped stator (1) is formed in only a peripheral end surface portion (8N) for a cover deposition portion positioned at a deposition portion (11) of the cover (8) with which a deposition horn (21) contacts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
