PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device with a thermostatic bath capable of acquiring the detection temperature, contributive to temperature control by a heater, suitably.SOLUTION: A OCXO1 includes a mounting substrate 17 having a first mounting surface 24a and a second mounting surface 24b on the back thereof, a TCXO3 mounted on the first mounting surface 24a, a heater 21 mounted on the second mounting surface 24b, a temperature control circuit 51 for controlling the heater 21, and a case 19 for housing them. The TCXO3 has a first temperature sensor 47, a temperature compensation circuit 35 for compensating a change in the frequency characteristics of a vibration element 9 due to temperature change, based on the detection temperature of the first temperature sensor 47, and a plurality of device terminals 25. The plurality of device terminals 25 includes a fifth device terminal 25E outputting a temperature signal including the information of the detection temperature of the first temperature sensor 47.
