PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film that suppresses concentration of pressure on a functional pattern when substrates having the functional pattern formed thereon are disposed in an overlapping manner; a method for producing a transparent conductive film; and a touch panel.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film comprises: a transparent substrate 1; a functional pattern 2 formed on at least one surface of the substrate 1, containing a conductive material, and including a transparent conductive part; and a thickness adjustment pattern 3 which, when an area other than a functional pattern formation area R1 in which the functional pattern 2 is formed on the at least one surface of the substrate 1 is defined as a functional pattern non-formation area R2, is formed in the functional pattern non-formation area R2. When the functional pattern non-formation area R2 is divided into a plurality of square segments having one side parallel to the longitudinal direction of the substrate 1 and having a size of 1 square cm, the ratio of segments including no thickness adjustment pattern 3 to the total number of the segments is less than 90%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
