PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device of a tabular body, which can achieve space saving.SOLUTION: A transfer device 12 comprises a support shaft 13 provided at a side of a conveyance path 11, and swing arms 14, 15 which swing and reciprocate around the support shaft 13 in a range of 90 degrees above the conveyance path 11. The swing arms 14, 15 adsorb and hold a glass plate G from the conveyance path 11 (a first conveyor 11a), rotate by 90 degrees in a normal direction in such a state, and return the glass plate G on the conveyance path 11 (a second conveyor 11b) while changing the direction of the glass plate G by 90 degrees. Then, the swing arms rotate in a reverse direction by 90 degrees and return to an adsorption position on the first conveyor 11a side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
