Method includes installing on neck two multi-element electrodes, partial electrodes which function as anodes and cathodes. Supply of current pulses on partial electrodes of first multi-element electrode and partial electrodes of second multi-element electrode is performed so that frequency of switching between partial electrodes of first multi-element electrode is less than frequency of switching between partial electrodes of second multi-element electrode. Method is carried out using a device, in which first multiple-element electrode through first switch, and second multiple-element electrode through second switch connected to processor, connected to current pulse parameters setting unit.
