PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion table creation device and method, and a program, capable of simplifying color matching adjustment of a printed matter with respect to a target printed matter and increasing color reproduction accuracy.SOLUTION: A color conversion table creation device comprises: an image reading unit 30 which acquires read image data of a target printed matter 42; a first color conversion unit 64 which performs color conversion using the first color conversion table representing the correspondence between the signal values of a first color space acquired from the image reading unit 30 and the chromaticity values of a second color space which is a device-independent color space; an image association unit 62 which associates the positional relationships between the read image data or read chromaticity value image data converted to chromaticity data and document image data 40; and a color conversion table creation unit 66A which creates a second color conversion table 92A showing the multi-dimensional correspondence between a third color space and a second color space of the document image data 40 on the basis of the correspondence between the document image data 40 and chromaticity values of the read images obtained as a result of processing by the image association unit 62 and the first color conversion unit 64.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
