Abstract A system to facilitate and manage and complete the entire property purchase process in an online environment from advertising and marketing campaign through to completing the Private Sale or Auction through to executing the contract of sale, transferring a deposit of up to 10% to the Trust account via a credit card and automatic generation and distribution of all relevant documentation to the relevant parties in the sale.
