PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consumption energy and operation cost of a low dew point air supply system.SOLUTION: The outlet of a processing area 7 in an adsorption rotor type dehumidifier 2 is sectioned into a plurality of division outlets 7a-7f in a rotation direction R of an adsorption rotor 4. With parts of the division outlets 7a-7f as air supply outlets 7X, dehumidified low dew point air S (=S2) sending from the air supply outlets 7X is supplied to a supplied part 1 through an air supply passage 3, and in parallel with this, with the other division outlets as circulation outlets 7Y, dehumidified low dew point air S' sending from the circulation outlets 7Y returns to the inlet of the processing area 7 through a circulation passage 17 and passes together with original air O through the processing area 7. |
