PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fine particles of a perovskite type titanium compound with high quality, which is suitably used for example as a material for a new ceramic integrated body of next generation or the like, and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A mixture of a Ti source compound, a second metal (X) source compound and a solvent is treated with microwave heating preferably in a short time of 0.5 h or less. In this case, the Ti source compound is preferably water soluble, the second metal X is desirably Ba or Sr, and the solvent is preferably water. Furthermore, generated fine particles of a perovskite type titanium compound have most desirably a size of 500 nm and a hexahedral (cubic) shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
