A media cassette (10) comprises: a cassette body (12) defining a picking end (16) and a handle end (18) opposite the picking end (16), and a removable lid (14) coupled to the cassette body (12). The handle end (18) includes an engagement portion (20). The removable lid (14) defines a locking portion (60) complementary to the engagement portion (20) and configured to interlock therewith so that when the removable lid (14) is removed and interlocked with the cassette body (12), the removable lid (14) is maintained in an upright position and the cassette body (12) is maintained at an angle to facilitate replenishment with media. |
