PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print document data stored in a server without communication charge of a portable terminal.SOLUTION: When wanting to print desired document data at home 9, an employee A inputs a print instruction and document identification information of the document data to a portable terminal 1. When receiving the input of the print instruction, the portable terminal 1 outputs a print requirement and the document identification information to an image forming apparatus 2 via a short-range radio communication NC. When receiving the print requirement from the portable terminal 1, the image forming apparatus 2 outputs necessary information such as the document identification information, mobile identification information and printer identification information to a server 3. The server 3 performs authentication of the portable terminal 1 and the image forming apparatus 2, encryption of the document data, and the like and transmits the encrypted data to the image forming apparatus 2. The image forming apparatus 2 decrypts the encrypted data using public key information, and prints an image on a print sheet. |
