Engineering solution which realises method of transmitting information over radio channel between fixed point and locomotive radio station, comprises locomotive radio station and stationary relay station, which includes train situation generator in sections, unit of track devices, control unit, radio base station and memory unit, unit for monitoring, radio frequency setting unit and unit for generating additional radio signals.
