Provided is a roll brush of polishing apparatus for a vehicle wheel, which is capable of reliably polishing deep grooves or complex shaped parts of a vehicle wheel by varying the lengths of the base material of a brush. The roll brush of polishing apparatus for a vehicle wheel as a roll brush constituting part of a polishing apparatus which polishes the surface of the vehicle wheel comprises a disk part formed in a cylindrical shape so as to be installed in a roll shaft of the polishing apparatus; a brush base material part which is installed along the circumferential direction on the outer circumference of the disk part and comprises multiple brush base materials, a core dividing the multiple brush base materials into two groups, a channel enclosing and folding the brush base materials around the core to fixate the brush base materials divided into two groups such that the brush base materials divided into two groups are in parallel, wherein the brush base materials divided into two groups comprise a first brush base material group which is long and a second brush base material group which is shorter than the first brush base material.
