PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change operation parameters of two CPUs in information processing devices to have the same value exactly at the same time.SOLUTION: A parameter setting device is connected with one of a plurality of processors which synchronize with each other to operate, and also is connected with another device which is connected with the other processor of the plurality of processors. The parameter setting device comprises: setting means for changing an operation parameter of the processor with which the parameter setting device is connected, into a specified new operation parameter at specified timing; and control means for outputting the specified timing and the new operation parameter to the setting means and the other device. |
