PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system in which signals are transmitted to a load device via a power line, without interfering with normal operation of the load device.SOLUTION: A control system includes a controller 1, and a load device 2 including a working unit 5. The controller 1 supplies AC power to the load device 2 via a power line 4, and operates the working unit 5. A transmission unit 6 is also provided. The transmission unit 6 transmits a control signal to the load device 2 via a power line 4, by decreasing a voltage supplied to the load device 2 in pulse form without bringing to zero excepting at the zero-cross point of AC waveform.
