PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence display device having a structure that is applicable to high definition of pixels while providing auxiliary wires to prevent an effect of the resistance of a common pixel electrode on display quality.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescence display device has an individual pixel electrode provided every pixel, a bank which is provided between plural pixels and covers the peripheral edge portion of the individual pixel electrode, an auxiliary wire provided on the bank, an organic electroluminescence layer which is provided at the upper surface side of the individual pixel electrode, the bank and the auxiliary wire, and a common pixel electrode provided at the upper surface side of the organic electroluminescence layer. The bank has a first bank adjacent to the individual pixel electrode, and a second bank forming a step portion on the first bank. The auxiliary wire is provided on the second bank, the organic electroluminescence layer is separated at the step portion, and the common pixel electrode is electrically connected to the side surface portion of the auxiliary wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
