PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize electric power by placing a power generating device which uses gas in operation even when supply of electric power from a commercial power source and water is stopped owing to a disaster.SOLUTION: A water supply passage 21 which supplies water to an electric power generating device 1 from a lower side of a hot water storage tank 2 is provided with a cooling device 3 for water. The cooling device 3 is so constituted that a plurality of plate-like heat radiation fins 4 are arranged in a plurality of stages vertically at intervals with one another, plate surfaces thereof are inclined obliquely from a horizontal direction, and the water supply passage penetrate the respective heat radiation fins 4. Water is dripped on an inclined surface of a heat radiation fin 4a in a top stage from, for example, a plastic bottle 6, received by a water receiver 8 provided on a lower end side of the inclined surface of the heat radiation fin 4, and dripped on an inclined surface of a heat radiation fin 4 in a lower stage through a through hole 9 provided in the water receiver 8. A hydrophilic coating agent is provided on inclined surfaces of the respective heat radiation fins 4, and drops of water dripped on the inclined surfaces of the respective heat radiation fins are thereby spread over the inclined surfaces with the hydrophilic coating agent and vaporized so as to improve heat radiation efficiency of the respective heat radiation fins 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
