PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user specified from an output result of an uncollected job of a collection instruction timely.SOLUTION: A printer includes: receiving means which receives a job from an information processor; communication means which communicates with a communication terminal; first management means which manages a job history corresponding a paper discharge time of the received job and a user ID of the job; detection means which detects a user approaching the printer; second management means which manages a detection history corresponding the time when the detection means detects the user and the user ID the communication means acquires from the communication terminal of the user detected by the detection means; specifying means which specifies the user who does not collect an output result of the received job by periodically collating the job history and detection history; and notification means which notifies the user specified by the specifying means of a collection request of the output result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
