PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array type light-emitting device which enables the reduction in volume and weight, the cutting of 15-30% in electric power, and the increase of whole LEDs in light emission efficiency.SOLUTION: An array type light-emitting device 410 comprises: an insulative carrier 10; and a light-emitting unit array formed on the insulative carrier 10. The light-emitting unit array includes: a first light-emitting unit circuit 12 including a first light-emitting unit 121, which is a unidirectional circuit; a second light-emitting unit circuit 13 including a second light-emitting unit 131, which is a unidirectional circuit; a first conductive layer 161; a second conductive layer 162; and a third conductive layer 163. The first light-emitting unit circuit 12 is located between the first conductive layer 161 and the second conductive layer 162, and forms an electrical connection with each of the first and second conductive layers. The second light-emitting unit circuit 131 is located between the second conductive layer 162 and the third conductive layer 163, and forms an electrical connection with each of the second and third conductive layers.
