An LED module and a display. The LED module comprises an LED lamp (10), a radiator (20) and a PCB (30). The LED lamp comprises an LED main body (11), a heat-conducting block (12) and pins (13), wherein the heat-conducting block (12) and the pins (13) are arranged on the LED main body. The heat-conducting block is arranged on the bottom surface (111) of the LED main body facing the PCB. The free ends of the pins run through the PCB and are electrically connected to a bonding pad (311) of the PCB. The radiator is clamped between the heat-conducting block and the PCB. The heat-conducting block is supported against the radiator. According to the LED module, the radiator is clamped between the heat-conducting block of the LED lamp and the PCB, so that the heat-conducting block is closely attached to the radiator, the heat produced during the working of the LED lamp can be directly conducted by the heat-conducting block to the radiator for dissipation, and the heat dissipation effect of the LED lamp is improved. |
