According to the present invention, an organic electroluminescent display device comprises: a display panel made of a display area and a dummy area; a plurality of gate lines and data lines which define a plurality of pixels; a dummy gate line defining a plurality of dummy pixels; a thin film transistor and an organic light emitting unit formed on each of the pixels and the dummy pixels; a plurality of operation voltage lines applying currents to the data lines; a operation voltage supply line formed on the dummy area; and a electrostatic discharge prevention circuit arranged on the dummy area. The electrostatic discharge prevention circuit is arranged between a dummy gate line of the dummy pixels and the operation voltage supply line to secure a space therebetween to the maximum. Accordingly, even when an electrostatic discharge is accumulated in the dummy gate line and the operation voltage supply line, damage to a metal layer of the dummy gate line and the operation voltage supply line can be prevented by a short between the dummy gate line and the operation voltage supply line or the like, while the organic electroluminescent display device is manufactured. |
