<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a temperature of an object to be measured with high accuracy without calculating a combinatorial solution of emissivity and being affected by emissivity variation. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature measuring device includes: a regression expression creating section 3 for base-decomposing spectral spectrum information for calibration curve creation, calculating scores (first coefficients) of a plurality of base spectra, calculating a multiple regression coefficient (c(k), k=1,2) from temperature data corresponding to the first coefficients and the spectral spectrum information for calibration curve creation, calculating scores (second coefficients) of a plurality of base spectra from the spectral spectrum information on emissivity variation, and calculating a relational expression between the second coefficients; and a temperature estimating section 4 for base-decomposing spectral spectrum information on an object to be measured using the plurality of base spectra, calculating scores of the plurality of base spectra as third coefficients, calculating scores when there is no emissivity variation as fourth coefficients by solving simultaneous equations of relational expressions between the first coefficients and the second coefficients through the third coefficients, and calculating a surface temperature of the object to be measured using the fourth coefficients and the multiple regression coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
