The present invention relates to a vibration exciter which vibrates an object, comprising: a first motor which provides torque; a second motor which provides torque at the same number of rotations (rpm) as the first motor; a first eccentric disk which is connected to the first motor and with an eccentric mass; a second eccentric disk which is connected to the second motor, disposed to oppose the first eccentric disk and with an eccentric mass; and a vibration table which vibrates in the vertical, horizontal and circumferential directions by the rotation of the first eccentric disk and the second eccentric disk. According to the present invention, a pair of eccentric disks with an eccentric mass rotate with a certain phase difference controlled by a controller to produce the exact same number of rotations in the same and opposite directions, thereby allowing vertical, horizontal, and circumferential vibrations.
