The present invention relates to a bulk handing apparatus for an offshore drilling structure and an installation method thereof and, more specifically, to a bulk handing apparatus for an offshore drilling structure, which transfers a bulk used for a drilling work in an offshore drilling structure from a storage tank to a predetermined place, such as a surge tank, and an installation method thereof. The installation method of a bulk handing apparatus for an offshore drilling structure, according to the present invention, comprises: a step of installing a transfer tank and a pipe inside a hull; a step of installing a bulk storage tank on the top of the transfer tank; a step of installing a pipe for connecting the transfer tank and the bulk storage tank to each other and a valve; and a step of installing a main deck on the top of the bulk storage tank.
