<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture adapter, an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic diagnostic device which can improve operability at the time of puncture by moving a puncture needle guide part to a desired position to perform puncture at the time of short axis puncture.SOLUTION: A puncture adapter includes a bracket, a puncture needle guide part, and a movement mechanism. The bracket can be mounted to an ultrasonic probe which transmits ultrasonic waves toward an area of interest from a large number of piezoelectric elements arranged in a prescribed direction, receives reflection echoes of the transmitted ultrasonic waves, and generates an ultrasonic image with respect to the area of interest on the basis of the reflection echoes. The puncture needle guide part guides the puncture needle which is inserted while referring to the ultrasonic image with respect to the area of interest. The movement mechanism can move the puncture needle guide part along the outer peripheral surface of the bracket with a direction where the large number of piezoelectric elements is arranged as a longitudinal direction.</p> |
