The present invention relates to a prefabricated balcony dwelling system using an ISO container, which forms a dwelling space with a balcony using a container door without damaging an ISO marine container, and if only the balcony is dismantled, becomes the ISO marine container to be transported by sea and land. The dwelling system according to the present invention can be configured to comprise: a container body forming the dwelling space therein; the container door openable and closable; a balcony unit composed of a floor plate and a handrail assembled at the threshold of the container to be foldable; and a corridor formed at one portion of the container body. |
