PURPOSE:To enhance the response of control without hunting even if the change rate of a speed feedback signal abruptly varies due to a backlash of a gear by suppressing the signal to the prescribed change rate or lower by a slope signal generator. CONSTITUTION:A slope signal generator 8 is inserted between a speed detector 4 and a speed controller 3, a speed feedback signal omegam is input, and a correction signal omegam' is output to the controller 3. An error amplifier 8a of amplification factor K2 having a limiter 8c and an integrator 8b having an integrating time constant T2 are provided. If the change rate of the signal omegam is within the constant T2, the generator 8 operates the function as the primary delay element of 0.01sec of time constant, and if exceeds 20sec it generates a slope signal having 20sec of change rate. |
