PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform wide-angle scanning in a vertical scanning, even when the rigidity of a scanner is high.SOLUTION: A scanner device includes: a scanner 12 having a mirror 12a driving in a resonant manner in a first direction; a scanner holder 10 holding the scanner 12, and capable of rotating with a direction parallel to the first direction as a rotational axis; and a drive unit 14 oscillating the scanner holder 10. The scanner holder 10 includes; a first holding unit 10a holding the scanner 12; a second holding unit 10b connected to the first holding unit 10a, and holding the drive unit; a connection unit 10c connected to the second holding unit 10b; and an elastic unit 10d connected to the connection unit 10c, and having elasticity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
