An electronic device is provided. The electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a semiconductor memory. The semiconductor memory may include: a selection device layer; a material layer having a conductive filament which is directly connected to one end of the selection device layer; and a variable resistance layer which is connected to the other end of the selection device layer. The electronic device of the present invention can reduce operating power. |
