PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a heat storage material composition which, while maintaining a latent heat amount at the time of paraffin phase transition and fluidity at the time of processing, has a shape retention property such that leakage is prevented in a range of use temperature exceeding the melting point and which, when used as a heat storage material, can exhibit excellent stability and heat storage performance; and a heat storage material.SOLUTION: The heat storage material composition comprises a paraffin compound (A) and a styrenic elastomer (B), where a styrene content of the styrenic elastomer (B) is in a range of 20 to 60 mass%, and a number average molecular weight, Mn, thereof is in a range of 50000 to 250000 g/mol.
