The present invention relates to an axial force sensing device and a method of a bolt and a nut and, more specifically, to an axial force sensing device and a method of the bolt and the nut which enables to strongly fasten a fastening force of a bolt and a nut of a sensed area when axial force equal or higher than a predetermined axial force, or equal or lower than the predetermined axial force sensed by detecting; and measuring fastening axial force of the bolt fastened and fixated by the nut in a case when the bolt penetrates a structure, wherein in a fastening device which enables to fasten and fixate by spiral fastening force of the nut, in a state where a spiral axis of the bolt penetrates the structure, has an axial force reduction device which enables to measure and sense an axial force change of the spiral axis by spiral fastening to the spiral axis in a state where the axial force reduction device covers an exterior of the nut.
