The present invention relates to a hydrolysis catalyst used for a reaction in which hydrogen is generated by hydrolyzing a hydrogen compound. The hydrolysis catalyst can be effectively used in a chain reactor by overcoming a problem that time is excessively consumed and plenty of the catalyst can be wasted during a process for impregnating the catalyst in a support element. According to the present invention, an aqueous solution of NaBH4 and an aqueous solution of CoCl2 are stirred to separate layers. A non-supported Co-B catalyst, which is prepared by washing, drying, and firing, is combined with an aqueous solution of NaH2PO2 and an aqueous solution of CoCl2 to produce an aqueous solution of Co-P. The aqueous solutions of NaBH4 and Co-P are stirred to precipitate and separate layers. After washing and drying the same, a non-supported Co-P-B catalyst is obtained and effectively used in the chain reactor. |
