COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVING ANTI-OXIDATION, ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AND WHITENING CONTAINING ULTRASONICATING EXTRACT OF PERILLA FRUTESCENS BUDS OF CONDITIONING LED LIGHT SOURCE

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, and skin whitening, comprising an extract of Perilla frutescens buds cultured after sprout-hastened by an LED light source, as an active component. The cosmetic composition is manufactured by the following steps: seeding Perilla frutescens seeds; manufacturing an ultrasonic extract having water or an organic solvent of Perilla frutescens buds cultured after sprout-hastening in a dark condition and with a fluorescent light, a red LED, and a blue LED light sources; and checking the anti-oxidation activity, the anti-inflammatory activity, and the skin whitening activity of the extract. The ultrasonic extract of Perilla frutescens buds manufactured according to the present invention has excellent anti-oxidizing and anti-inflammation effects, and has excellent skin whitening function.
