<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device which allows a charge storage part to be efficiently charged in a device using electromagnetic induction, and to provide an electronic device and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit device includes: a current control unit 32 which receives power from a power receiving unit 10 for receiving power by electromagnetic induction and performs control to make a variable charging current flow to a charge storage part C; and a control unit 70 which controls the charging current by controlling the current control unit 32.
