<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and uniformly heat an object with a simple configuration using no table, antenna or rotation mechanism for a phase shifter etc. <P>SOLUTION: A heating chamber 101 receiving an object 105 to be heated includes microwave radiating parts 104, which radiates circularly polarized wave and the arrangement with respect to the phase of the microwave within waveguide means 103, the number and configuration thereof are adjusted. Thereby, even when the waveguide means 103 is disposed asymmetrically with respect to a center 201 of an inner wall of the heating chamber, the object 105 can be uniformly and efficiently heated with microwave. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
