PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle display device capable of preventing degradation in visibility due to disagreement of focal point, so that a burden on an eye of a driver because of abrupt focal point adjustment is reduced.SOLUTION: A congestion detection part 504 detects shifting of a line of sight of a driver from a front of a vehicle to a display device 5, and detects change amount of a congestion angle when the driver shifts its line of sight from the front of the vehicle to the display device 5. A control part 505, based on the change amount of the congestion angle that is detected with the congestion detection part 504, switches display of the display device 5 by turning ON or OFF a liquid crystal display 501.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
