PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit overshoot of an output voltage at the time of rapid decrease in load.SOLUTION: A non-linear control power supply control IC 10 comprises: a ripple injection circuit 11 for adding a ripple voltage Vrpl that represents a coil current IL to a divided voltage Vdiv of an output voltage Vout to generate a feedback voltage Vfb; and an overshoot suppression circuit 30 for monitoring polarity reversion timing of the ripple voltage Vrpl to suppress overshoot of the output voltage Vout. The overshoot suppression circuit 30 includes a cross-comparator 31 for comparing a positive electrode voltage (feedback voltage Vfb) and a negative electrode voltage (source voltage Vs) of a capacitor 114 to generate a polarity reversion detection signal S30, and when the ripple voltage Vrpl changes from positive to negative, the ripple voltage Vrpl is reset.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23 |
